We adapt a decision taken by the board to all the group's business units. What gives a bank an advantage over its competition is not only the quality of its products and services, or at least not only that. It's the fact that behind each desk at the bank, each employee is perfectly aware of the qualities of new products and can therefore explain them better to their customers. The theory and design of the products do have their importance, of course, but it is the speed of their deployment that will result in winning more market shares.
3. Strategic operation is a matter of control
Theory and practice, instruction and implementation must not be confused. Adapting a strategy on an operational level must be accompanied by regular progress progress reports in line with the action plan.
