After leaving ESCP I chose to begin my career with Headlink Partners, above all for the people I met there. The diversity and quality of projects, accompaniment of consultants and staff values later confirmed to me that I had made the right choice. The accessibility of the management team possible in a human scale structure and the many training courses offered mean that staff can progress every day, both from an analytical and a human point of view. Also, there is no single route in this firm and new subjects and sectors can always be discovered – from the luxury industry to the media, communications to retail banking, as well as getting involved internally in office life. Actually it's also because Headlink Partners offers a stimulating and convivial working environment that I enjoy working there so much.

Main projects

  • Media agency : Optimisation of the company's P&L (identification of main sources of profitability, participation in workshops at General Management level to identify directions for improvement based on analyses made)

  • Press group : Optimisation of digital income, monetisation of new media (benchmark of economic models and major trends in the press in the digital era, identification of opportunities for improvement of the efficiency of on-line advertising and increasing the digital audience…)

  • Music label: Logistics service strategy – Study of opportunities in the use of new logistics services (Shared Management of Supplies in hypermarkets)

  • TV group : Accelerating materialisation of the digital ambition: positioning of the offer, organisation and means (objectivation of the strengths and weaknesses of the current model, identification of good market practices and of future trends, building of an action plan)

ARMAND - Consultant

Since arriving at Headlink Partners, I've had the opportunity of working on some ambitious and high-stakes projects. I've benefited from close managerial supervision as well as extensive autonomy that has enabled me to increase in responsibilities and acquire credibility in my work as a consultant.

The team spirit and the spirit of sharing know-how, cultivated during missions, is for me the main asset of the Headlink Partners firm.

Contribution to life at the firm means that a strong level of business skill is maintained, with all staff participating in the development and differentiating positioning of the firm that we all want to see maintained. Contributions happen specifically through involvement in offers, the recruitment process and training.

GREGOIRE - Consultant

The Headlink Partners firm, through the quality of its missions and the diversity of its profiles, has given me the opportunity of working on strategic projects, accompanied by an involved and available manager, giving me the opportunity of taking on responsibilities.

The many challenges offered, as well as the transfer of knowledge have enabled me to progress rapidly and to take on more responsibility within a context that encourages autonomy whilst maintaining a strong team spirit.

Everyone is also called on to contribute to the development of this human scale firm, whatever their level of seniority, through our involvement in offers and recruitment.

  • Creation of a benchmark of logistics practices in Supermarket retailing for the Supply Chain division of a baby food company.

  • Coordination / PMO of the chosen project and integration of a collateral management tool for a banking group
