At their arrival, consultants are assigned to a Mentor who will follow their development and advise him in his career orientation throughout his time at Headlink Partners.
Evolution at Headlink is organised in 6 stages from Consultant to Vice President, each corresponding with increasing levels of responsibilities.
Promotion is performance and result driven requiring the demonstration of substantial evolution in maturity and in all 4 competency areas defined in our evaluation process.
Competency areas:
1. Consulting skills: the capacity to provide the added-value expected by the customer and Headlink
2. Trade skills: the ability to develop specific industry/trade expertise
3. Business/sales skills: the ability to devise and implement an effective sales approach
4. People skills: the ability to develop the "soft" skill requires for personal efficiency
We believe the rewarding individual and collective performance is complementary and essential. Evaluations are therefore an important and regular part of our career path. Held twice a year, they are conducted collegially and focus on both on mission and in-house contributions.
